Arellano University, Pateros National High School along with St. Louis College Valenzuela and Rizal High School of Pasig made its way to the semifinal round.

St. Louis College Valenzuela, led by their captain ball Verone Gutierrez, swept the championship title against Rizal High School, 25-10, 25-15 and 25-14, in the City of Makati.

Aside from the championship title, the school also bagged the MVP award through Gutierrez and two slots in the Mythical Six with Charlene Abigail Cruz and Joan Arceo along with Berna Casipong, Mary Grace Bulao (Rizal HS), Ruth Ester Torrente (Arellano University) and Diane Marie Dalundon (Pateros National HS).
