Students Made It Through The Final 6
120
participants from 40 colleges and universities around the country sent their
original recipes using Century Tuna products. The Panel of Judges conducted a
Preliminary screening that selected 12 recipes for each division and category
for the Semi-finals. A recipe
test was done to select the final six entries per division and category. The
finalist in the Student Division – Tuna Hors-D’Oeuvres Attack
were: La Consolacion College, OB Montessori, Center for Culinary Arts, Lyceum
Batangas, Our
HRM students’ entries were Century Tuna Stuffed Tomato with Garlic
Sauce, Century Tuna Cheese Balls and Century Tuna Wheat Toast with Kesong
Puti. |
