  2. Pay a minimal entrance exam fee at the Accounting Office.
  3. Get your entrance exam schedule, you will be briefly interviewed after the exam.
  4. Results will be available one week after the exam.

    A scholarship grant given to First Honor students (Valedictorian) with a 100% discount in tuition fee.

THE HIGH SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION

Principal
- the chief educative and operating officer of the High School Department who organizes and supervises the activities of the school; plans and carries out the faculty development program and advises students with problems in their program of studies.

Academic Coordinato
r- assists the principal in planning, organizing, and directing the academic operation of the department.

Discipline Coordinator
- assists the principal in enforcing the general discipline, order and regularity among students in view of integrating theory and practice.

Activity Coordinator
- assists the principal as regards the formulation of long-range plans for different organizations.  Organizes, controls and evaluates periodically various activities, in coordination with the teachers in charge.

Student Development Program Coordinator- Plans, organizes controls and evaluates development and special programs for students academic performance and activities; Acts as adviser to the student government.

Christian Formation Coordinator- Assists the Director of Christian formation in the different religious activities such as retreats recollection, First Friday Masses and Class Masses.

Student Services/Facilities Coordinator- Plans, organizes the repair and maintenance of buildings and various facilities; assists the students in availing themselves of the different services given by the school.

Guidance Counselor
- Responsible for the academic, vocational and personal counseling of the students.

Club Moderator
- Facilitates and reports the activities of the students within their specific clubs; coordinates activities with other club moderators of other organizations.

Homeroom Adviser- Disseminates guidance program of the department to her/his advisory class; works with the principal in the supervision and implementation of the policies and regulations of the school; supervises his/her class during activities in and out of the school.

Subject Area Teacher- Direct agent of learning in the classroom, works ceaselessly for academic excellence; constantly implements established classroom policies; maintains regular meetings with homeroom advisers and his/her department/area head regarding deportment and academic concerns respectively.

OIC, Audio Visual
- Formulates, recommends, executes and evaluates audio-visual policies; works harmoniously with those in the academic sector and other Audio Visual Centers to upgrade instructional materials.

OIC, Library
– Plans development programs for the library and programs for the library and provides direction, control, and supervision over the activities of the school library.

OIC, School Health Service (Physical/Dentist)
– Acts as medical and dental health consultants to the members of the school community; gives emergency treatments and routine medical examinations to all students enrolled.

Laboratory Head
– Responsible for the maintenance of all laboratory property; formulates policies and rules to maximize the use of said facility by the different science classes.

Chief Registrar – Plans, organizes, coordinates, directs, and controls the activities of the Registrar's Office involving the students registration, transfer, graduation as well as the maintenance and safekeeping of all pertinent records
